1800 Caipirinha
1 oz 1800 Select Silver
1/4 oz Veev Acai Liquor
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
5 Lime Wedges

Muddle the lime with the agave nectar in the bottom of a high ball glass. Top with ice, juice and tequila. Shake vigorously and enjoy.



1800 Pear Margarita
1 oz 1800 Select Silver Tequila
1/4 oz Pear Puree
1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
Splash of Chambord of Blue Curacao

Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a lightly salted glass. Float with Chambord or Blue Curacao for a drizzle effect.



1800 Pomegranate
2 oz 1800
1 oz Pama Pomegranate Liquor
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
