Champagne
Place hibiscus flowers in champagne flutes and pour in champagne to cover them. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake Pinky, the flower syrup, and juice, and pour into the flutes. Top off with more champagne. Serves two.


Chocolate Pinky Valentini
2 parts Pinky Vodka
1 part Stoli strawberry
1 1/2 parts Godiva white chocolate liqueur
Dark chocolate syrup, dark chocolate shavings, and strawberries for garnish.
Shake spirits thoroughly in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour into martini glasses coated with dark chocolate syrup. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate syrup. Serves two.

Herradura Agave Kiss
2 oz Tequila Herradura Silver
1 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz double cream
1/2 oz Chambord
In a shaker with ice, add Herradura tequila, white crème de cacao, double cream and Chambord. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, rimmed with white chocolate, add a spear of fresh raspberries, and serve.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Margarita
1 oz Voodoo Tiki Reposado Tequila
1 oz Cream de Cocoa
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Cherry Juice
Lace a martini glass with chocolate syrup
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and shake. Using chocolate syrup
and a frozen or chilled glass, decorate the glass interior with chocolate.
Strain contents into glass. Garnish with chocolate syrup covered cherry.
