Not wanting home beer brewers to have all the fun, Woodinville Whiskey developed their Age-Your-Own-Whiskey Kit.

The set includes two 750 ml bottles of their Headlong White Dog Whiskey (clear and unaged), a personal aging barrel, and two tasting glasses. Pour the whiskey into the barrel and then decide how long to age it. Because the barrel is so small, the aging process is accelerated, just 30 days to get to a rich amber color, as opposed to years. Want to leave it in there longer? Go ahead, it'll only get better over time.

And if you want to be truly authentic, when it's done, you can throw it in the back of a Dodge Challenger and outrun the law on your way to deliver it to your buddies.
