Malt Advocate magazine is holding their 7th annual WhiskyFest Chicago, featuring "more than 200 of the world's finest,
rarest, and most expensive, single malt and blended Scotch, Irish, bourbon, Tennessee, Japanese and Canadian whiskies to sample." Key words being "to sample".
The event is one day only and runs from 6:30pm - 10:00pm at the Hyatt Regency. (Perfect. You can sample all night and then pass out in your room. No driving necessary.) Tickets are $105, with VIP tix, which get you in the doors at 5:30... before all the good stuff is gone, going for $145.
