If you've seen Step Brothers or The Hangover you've seen Rob Riggle steal a movie. So you know he's a funny guy. What you probably didn't know is that he's also a Lieutenant Colonel and Public Affairs Officer with the United States Marine Corps Reserve. And a combat veteran having served in Liberia, Kosovo and Afghanistan. (Imagine Steve Carell in the desert with an M4 carbine.)

I had a chance recently to talk with Rob, and find out how he went from Marine to comedy, what gets yelled at him more often from strangers, "POW!! POW!!" or "In the faaaaaace!", his unique way of celebrating a birthday, and his song of choice for karaoke.

He also told me why he loves playing the douchebag, how he got involved in the Dirtcathalon, and what movies (like the 21 Jumpstreet reboot), he'll be bringing that smug mug to next.
