TRON: Legacy Pinball Hits the Grid
06/07/2011

Have you ever wanted to enter the far-out futuristic world of Tron, without that whole "being trapped by an evil avatar of yourself for 20 years" business? Then you’ll have your chance with the new Tron: Legacy pinball machine from Stern Pinball.

Stern, the last manufacturer standing of those silver-marbled wonders, brought together a team of Pinball hall-of-famers (yes, that’s a thing), to create a machine capable of duplicating the techno madness of the film. Featuring a 3D backglass, miniature Light Cycles darting around the board and sound clips from the movie’s actors (like "The Dude" Jeff Bridges and the absurdly hot Olivia Wilde), along with the Daft Punk orchestrated score, you’ll be tilting the machine out of sheer excitement, and not because you’re a dirty cheat.

Work your way through a frenzy of multi-ball levels inspired by major characters from the film (from Flynn to CLU) to escape The Grid through the Portal. The kicker to all this is you don’t have to brave a musty, dank arcade to play. Visit SternPinball.com instead to get one for your own musty and dank gameroom.
