Here’s a couple of new spring/summer cocktails from B.R. Guest’s Director of Cocktail Development, Eben Klemm. Using Prohibition-era speakeasy cocktails as his inspiration, Eben puts a new twist on some old classics.
The two I’m posting today, Naked in the Rain (just begging for a bad pick-up line: “Hi, I’m Lou. I’d love to get you Naked in the Rain…”) and a refreshing take on the Vespa, are currently being served at Blue Fin, Blue Water Grill, Ocean Grill, Isabella’s, and Atlantic Grill. For info on these and other B.R. Guest restaurants go to brguestrestaurants.com.
