Charlie Todd, the same guy who pulled off the big freeze stunt in Grand Central Station a couple of months ago, is freaking people out again. This time at the grand opening of a Taco Bell in Flushing, NY. (Insert your own joke about Taco Bell's food and Flushing here.)

Even though this is an obvious stunt to promote some new frozen dessert they've got, the reactions of the other customers make for good viewing. Especially the woman who is convinced "the world has gone totally insane". Not insane. Just forced to be more creative when it comes to product promotion.
