I don't know what kind of dark they have in your part of the planet, but I'm guessing over where the guys at Polarion live, it's the pitchest of pitch black.
Why else would you invent a 50 watt LED flashlight with 5,200 lumens of light that can shoot a beam over a mile? (A typical flashlight may have 3-5 watts and around 100-200 lumens, depending on its use.) Their PH50 is more searchlight than flashlight.
At about a foot long and under four pounds, it's also waterproof to 200 feet. Perfect for blinding those pesky sharks that bother you while night snorkeling.
Got a use for this handheld super-beam? It'll set you back a cool $2395.
