Bermuda Gold Mojito
2 oz Gosling’s Gold® Bermuda Rum
8 spearmint leaves,
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp super fine sugar,
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Gosling’s Black Seal® Rum

In a large old fashioned glass muddle the lime juice, sugar and 2 spearmint leaves together, bruising the mint well. Add the rum, bitters and ice. Top it off with a splash of club soda, a float of Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, garnish with remaining mint leaves.
