I've posted before about vodkas, tequilas and even gins that are infused with the flavors of fruits and herbs. But not all infusions are created equal. Some are more "flavored" than infused, with artificial flavors added to turn that plain vodka into, say, black cherry vodka. It's a little like cheating, but that's a gray area.
The infused spirits from 267 Infusions leave little doubt about where the flavor comes from in their infusions. The all-natural fruit they use is visible right there in the bottle. Making for an incredible visual, as well as creating flavors that are more intense than anything you've had before. What you see is what you taste.
The ultra-premium line includes
vodkas infused with lemon, with orange, with cranberry, and with olives and pearl onions (martini anyone?); rum with pinapple, rum with mango (for a taste of the islands); and two tequila options: orange, and my personal favorite, chili peppers.
For a some flavorful fun this weekend, try one of their recipes below.
