Nothing Says "Be Mine" Like These Tequila Cocktails

Wine and champagne may be the most common choices to pour for your Valentine next week, but if your girl likes hers with a little more kick (and god bless her if she does), then shaking up some tequila cocktails is in order.

Here are three from 1800 Tequila that are sure to get her in the V-Day Night mood. Quickly. You might end up skipping the model-the-new-lingerie part altogether.

Sparkling Kiss
4 oz Sparkling Wine
1/2 oz 1800 Select Silver Tequila
1/2 oz Soho Lychee Liquor
1/2 oz Raspberry Liquor

Combine ingredient in a mixing glass and pour into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine or champagne.

Raw Diamond
1 oz 1800 Select Silver Tequila
1/4 oz Pear Puree 1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
Splash of Chambord

Combine first four ingredients into a cocktail with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a lightly salted highball glass. Float with Chambord for a drizzle effect.

Pom Jewel
2 oz 1800 Silver
1 oz Pama Pomegranate Liquor
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
