Most women simply get annoyed when a guy hits on them at a bar. This is a strange phenomenon because THE REASON she is there is to get hit on.

So why do women find most guys attempts to pick them up so pathetic? And why do most guys wind up walking away with their tail between their legs ready to go home and sleep ALONE?

The reason is quite simple actually: Most guys have absolutely no clue how to approach a random woman in a way that triggers attraction rather than annoyance.

And the reason is that most guys make at least a few, if not all, of these dangerous mistakes... that will kill your chances of attracting her, within seconds...

1. Portraying Timid, Nervous, or Insecure Body Language
Let's face it, before you even open your mouth to say "hi" a woman has already formed a judgment about you.

It takes most guys every ounce of their courage to gather up the balls to walk over to a woman they find attractive and start a conversation... and their body language tells a woman this IMMEDIATELY.

When you walk over to a woman with a scared, nervous look on your face, posture that suggests this is the most frightening thing you've ever done, and start speaking in a tone of voice that is just shaking with nervousness... the woman KNOWS how scared you are.

And women don't want a guy who is scared of them. They want a confident, secure man, who feels comfortable around beautiful women.

So you need to be very careful as to what your body language and facial expression is portraying. You want to portray a relaxed, powerful persona. You want to give off the impression that talking to beautiful women is something you do all the time... and if it's not? Fake it till you make it, my friend.

2. Invading Her "Personal Space" Too Soon
Guys will often invade a woman's space way too soon. Once the woman acknowledges their existence, the man is likely to sit down next to the woman, or give her every bit of his attention.

Human beings have a natural reaction to think "Oh no... am I going to get stuck talking to this person all night?"

Your best defense against this is good offense.

Before she has a chance to think, simply say "Hey, I've got to get back to my friends but..." and then begin talking to her

This diffuses the "am I going to get stuck talking to this guy all night" thought... and makes her a lot more likely to engage in the conversation.

3. Using Cheesy Pickup Lines or Offering to Buy Her a Drink
You would think that most guys understand the simple concept that pickup lines don't work. Yet, every time I go out to bar I want to throw up when I hear the stuff guys say when approaching a woman. 

And DON'T offer to buy her a drink until you've been talking to her for awhile.

Too many guys simply think buying a woman a drink gives him the right to start talking to her. But what they'll often find is the woman will drink the drink... and then go talk to another guy who knows how to trigger attraction in a woman.

4.  Ignoring Her Friends
Another huge mistakes men make when going to talk to a woman is that they ignore the friends she is with.

This isn't just bad "pickup skills" it is just plain rude.

When you approach a group of women, engage all of them. If you can win over a woman's friends there is a much better chance she'll feel attraction toward you. And also a much less likely chance that her friends will cockblock you later.
