Last week at BaselWorld, Casio unveiled their new ProTrek series and introduced three new watches to their Edifice Black Label collection. So now is the time (get it?) to upgrade your watch collection, and add a weekend sport piece.
The ProTrek (pictured left), takes all the bells and whistles of the outdoor enthusiasts’ favorite Pathfinder series, and ups the style. With a needle digital compass, the hour and minute hands always display the time, while the second hand and LCD can display vital outdoor data with the one-touch triple sensor button (no scrolling through menus), such as direction, altitude, barometric pressure and temperature. Perfect for pairing with your tux on your next spy mission.
The new additions to the Edifice Black Label collection (the other three pictured), are designed to go from the office, to dinner, to the ballpark with features including multi-layered dials, world time, daily alarms and more. The band is made with strong, comfortable materials of resin and stainless steel, to not only take the punishment of the outdoors, but have enough sophisticated style to take on the boardroom.
Each has its own exclusive features, like a stacked sapphire crystal dial, a 1/20th second retrograde chronograph, and a slide rule bezel that allows simple arithmetic conversions and other calculations such as time-distance.
